We're Organizing an SUP Race in Jupiter, Florida, May 13, 2010

We are very happy to announce Kristy Murphy's SUP Race around Burt Reynolds Park in Jupiter, Florida, in conjunction with Jupiter Outdoor Center and Guanabanas to benefit the Loggerhead Marinelife Center's sea turtle protection initiatives. Be there May 8, 2010 for your chance to win trophies and prizes in a 5 mile race to claim your title as King or Queen of the Burt.
There will be Men's and Women's race and relay divisions, as well as a derby divison where contestants will wear their craziest SUP garb in a showdown to prove who's the goofiest. Information on entering the race coming soon.
So far we have Kialoa Paddles and Costa Del Mar Sunglasses on board as national sponsors, and we will be adding local sponsors when we head back to Florida to finalize event details at the end of the month.
